Hi I’m Jameson, and today I’m going to
show you how to set up a calorie interval workout. To begin, press any button to turn the monitor on. Once on, press Select Workout. Press New Workout. Select Intervals and select Intervals: Calorie. The arrow keys will move the
blinking digit right or left. The plus and minus will either increase or
decrease your value of calories. When you’re satisfied with your value of
calories, use the arrow key to set your rest time. The plus and minus keys will adjust this. When you are ready to row, press the checkmark to begin. The number of intervals you complete will be displayed here.
