Back to school is right around the corner
and it’s lunch box season,
so, when we hit that bread aisle to make those infamous sandwiches that always wind up in our lunch boxes
it can be a little overwhelming. There’s so many different options.
There’s one part of every Nutrition Facts label I want you to pay attention to
when you’re in the bread aisle, and that’s the fiber section.
We’re looking for three grams of fiber or more per serving.
If you’re making sandwiches for a nut-free school and PB&J are your kids favorites, it can be a little tough
to find alternatives that your kids
Try sunflower butters or soy butters which have similar tastes and almost the same protein content
to make a sandwich your kids are gonna love.
