So the advice I always give to my
patients is: diet and exercise.
I always advise low carb, low sugar and to do a
healthy diet, so low fat, low sugar, low
carbs, a lot of patients ask me, can I do
a Keto diet? Can I do a Paleo diet? What
diet is good for me? What diet is right for
me? And not every diet is good for everybody.
Every person is different, so it’s
important to know what their medical
issues are and then tailor that diet
according to what they can do.
So my best advice to patients is to get moving,
get to the gym and be very mindful of
what they put in their mouth.
