Trump said he's confident the units will hold their value despite a weakened real estate market and ailing visitor industry. "It's a concern for everyone. We all know what's going on and what happened in the world -- there's no big surprise to that, but those things come back," said Trump. "This is not a hotel that's here this week and won't be there next week. It's a permanent structure so you build and you establish and you set yourself up for the next year."
